Brand new heating systems installed by our gas safe engineers make sure that the cold winters will not reach you inside. All of our gas appliances are under guarantee, regularly checked and certificated, so you can be safe in the knowledge that the utmost care has gone into providing our heating systems. As well as being fully certificated we also install carbon monoxide detectors for that extra peace of mind.
The same standards go into the installation of our electrical systems. These systems are all installed and guaranteed by our NICEIC qualified electrician as well as being registered with the governing body ELECSA. We ensure the quality of our electrical systems through regular checks.
Safety in the home is of the utmost importance to us. That is why in each of our Zen properties homes we create a comprehensive fire plan and install fully interlinked Fire detection early warning systems. All of these systems are installed by qualified engineers and are fully certified. They also go through frequent comprehensive testing to ensure the safety of all our tenants.
